4 person holiday home in KOLMÅRDEN-By Traum The space A warm welcome to Kolmården and this simple but cozy cottage a couple of hundred meters from Bråviken. The cabin is well suited for those of you who want to holiday in a slightly simpler environment but want to be close to beautiful nature and experiences. The cottage is located in a cottage area with both summer houses and year-round accommodation. Lush garden with four buildings. The main cabin is about 45 square meters and has an entrance combined with a dining table area. Family room with two beds, small table and play table for children. 1950s kitchen with stove (two plates), small oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Bedroom with a bed (120) and a wardrobe that is private for the owner. Important to know that there is only cold water in the cabin. In the annex there is a bed and the possibility of an extra bed. No water drawn into the cabin. In the next building there is a private storage area and in the next door you have a smaller WC with only cold water. There is municipal water and sewage installed in the house. Behind the building with WC and storage you have an outdoor shower under the open sky. Here, however, you have hot and cold water, but due to transparency it is recommended to shower in swimwear. In the last building, there is also a storage room which is private, but you are welcome to sit under a roof and enjoy the view of the commons you have at the back of the plot. Adjacent to the main cabin, you have a patio deck that is partially covered and there you have sun from morning to afternoon. For those who want a swim, you walk down the steep hill down to Bråviken, which is an extension of the Baltic Sea. Here you get a wonderful mix of sweet and salty! It is approx. 1 km to walk to the public jetty which has a table and bathing ladder. Belonging to the house there is a boat berth (no. 9) from which you are welcome to swim. Best suited for adults when bathing from rocks. No fishing license is required to fish here, so those interested can test their fishing luck! Diagonally opposite the cottage you will find a soccer field and a bowling alley. Nice walking paths along the water and up into the lush nature. The main attraction in the vicinity is of course the Kolmården zoo, where both adults and children have lots of exciting animals to experience up close. From the cabin, it is about 1 km to walk to the park. So pack a lunch bag, good drink and have lovely days in the park with your loved ones! Warm welcome!
