The closed studio is occasionally used by the owners during the season but is entirely separate from the villa, with its own entrance from the main road. This ensures that guests staying in the villa enjoy complete privacy. - Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out time is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. - To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. - No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around. In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply. - To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.
