Seneca Falls is in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region, with easy access to the Cayuga and Seneca Lake Wine Trails. From our apartment, you have quick access to the Women's Rights National Historic Park, the Women's Hall of Fame, and the It's A Wonderful Life Museum. The space The downstairs of this historic Italianate building (circa 1850) served as a family physician's office for over 30 years. The apartment is located on the second story and does require being able to climb stairs to access the listing. Inside, you will enjoy ~1000 square feet of open floor plan with 10 ft. ceilings. Upon entry, you will be greeted by the open floor plan that includes a living space, dining area, dedicated workspace, and kitchenette. The kitchenette does not include a stove, but it is complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster oven. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower just off the main living space. Toward the front of the building, there is a separate bedroom complete with two comfortable queen beds. Guests enjoy private off-street parking for multiple vehicles just steps away from the entry. Guest access Guests have access to the space described in the listing. There are three doors connected to the listing that are private/remain locked. Guests do not have access to the downstairs of the building.
