You don't share the areas of the main house with landlord (only terrace, if requested). There are 2 (twin) single sommier-beds available. Table and chairs. Bookshelf. Big wardrobe. Powerful ceiling fan, It's equipped with a freezer, coffee-machine, microwave, utensilies, bathroom set and linen. You can get homemade meals/laundry done(additional convenient cost) The space You will stay at a comfortable and quiet place, which has a great wifi and comfortable sommier beds to sleep comfortably. Lots of room to keep books, clothes and items. A table with 2 chairs. A power ceiling-fan is there too. Your private bathroom with hot/cold water. Electric oven, coffee machine,hairdryer, microwave and big freezer. A bathroom set and linen is provided upon arrival. Upon request you can order home-made food, breakfast or laundry service (all of these @ special prices) You can enjoy the big terrace -upon prior notice to the owner. Guest access You have full access to bedroom and bathroom. Terrace, upon rquest, is also available for relaxing. Other things to note SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN (A FINE = U$D1000 SHALL APPLY IF BREACH OF CONTRACT) Only guests registered at the moment of booking are allowed to stay for a moment and/or per night. If you would like to invite any other person/guest, for a moment or for a night, please know you must pay an additional u$d20 (either for each visit/day or for each night).
