Surfside Cottage has been updated throughout and is an ideal vacation home with a premier location close to everything! Interior Features: - One level living with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) and 2 full bathrooms - King bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower - 2 queen bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo - Open concept common space with an updated kitchen, living and dining areas - Kitchen has updated appliances & includes everything you need to prepare meals - Enjoy meals at the island or the dining table overlooking the lake - Open living room has two sofas and a large Smart TV - A dog bed, feeding bowls and a few toys for your furry guest - A full size washer & dryer Outdoor Features: - A private boat dock with a gently sloping walkway and stairs down to the lake from the house. The cove is plenty wide with easy access for any size boat. - An expansive covered porch overlooking the lake with a cozy seating area (perfect for morning coffee) and a dining table for 6 to enjoy meals outside - An outdoor grill - A new 6-person hot tub to enjoy with views of the lake - A fire pit with chairs overlooking the lake - A large yard with plenty of space for your kids and dogs to play - 2 kayaks and a canoe with a variety of life vests - Access to the neighborhood boat ramp if you bring a boat - Baby gates are included to keep dogs on the porch You'll have the entire home to yourself during your stay. Please note: the basement level is currently being renovated, so guests will not have access to this area of the home. However, no active projects will take place during your stay. There are two exterior security cameras located at each entrance to the home; front door and basement doors. Your host (Amy) is the property owner and is happy to assist if you need help or have questions prior to and during your stay. Family friendly, quiet neighborhood with about 15 homes. Private road with no public access. Paved roads in neighborhood and home is located on a cul-de-sac. Surfside Cottage also features many extra items at no additional cost: - Bring up to 2 dogs with NO extra pet fee. We provide food bowls, a comfy dog bed, a few toys and plenty of yard space to explore. Baby gates are also provided for the porch. - Bath linens for 6 guests (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per guest) - All sheets & bedding for each bed with extra pillows and blankets - Kitchen towels - Coffee (ground and k-pods) and filters - A variety of spices and cooking essentials like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. - Cleaning supplies & essentials like dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, hand soap, countertop spray and trash bags. - A starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper - Weekly trash collection (a rarity at SML!) - A digital guide to help prepare for your stay and explore SML
