The exclusive garden offers a private pool, sun loungers and a veranda for outdoor dining, perfect for spending a summer afternoon with the mountains in the background and the lake in front. The space The modern interiors of the villa, which is spread over two levels, offer underfloor heating and air conditioning to enjoy a stay on Lake Como in any season or weather. The large living room is a harmonious combination of open spaces, modern comforts such as a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen; in fact, guests have a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. 3 beds on the ground floor: - Bedroom: large and modern bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. - Single bedroom: single bed and wardrobe Sleeps 5 Upper floor: -Bedroom: bedroom with balcony overlooking the lake with double bed and chest of drawers. Inside this room there is an armchair that becomes a single bed that can comfortably accommodate 1 guest. -Bedroom: bedroom with double bed and dresser. The villa has 2 modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet; there is a washing machine upstairs and a hairdryer. Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are offered for guests. Upon request, we can provide a barbecue for outdoor cooking. For younger children, you can request a high chair and crib, this is on request for a fee of €5 per day to be paid directly at check-in. Additional costs: the municipality of Colico requires payment of the tourist tax; it must be paid on site at a cost of €1/person/day for the first 15 days, with exemption for guests under the age of 16. The villa with lake view is situated in a quiet residential area of Colico, surrounded by a green landscape on all sides. About a 10-minute walk away is a pizzeria and about a 15-minute walk away are two typical restaurants of the area and the grassy beach of Piona, where in the summer there is a kiosk to drink or snack on something. To find other restaurants and shops, you have to go to the lakefront, which is about a 30-minute walk/5-7 minute drive from the house. Colico is dominated by Mount Legnone and is a world-class destination for its natural attractions, artificial fortresses and water sports. The weather and wind are best for kite surfing, sailing and windsurfing. For outdoor enthusiasts, mountain biking, tennis, and horseback riding are a great way to stay fit and active. Another place of interest is the Abbey of Piona, about a 15-minute drive. It offers one of the best panoramic views of northern Lake Como, which can be enjoyed in the peaceful atmosphere of the monastery. You can visit the cities of the Golden Triangle, such as Bellagio and Menaggio, Varenna, with convenient connections by boat or car; the nearest is Varenna, a 25-minute drive away.
