BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISITNG!! Just want to get away? Coming to the Grand Canyon? Looking for the perfect glamping adventure to see every star in the Milky Way? We are the Stargazing Grand Canyon Airstream. Our Off-grid airstream is located just 25 minutes from the Grand Canyon. Yes, you will be camping but that doesn’t mean you have to settle for mediocrity. Our modern, aesthetic is the perfect glamping experience. Very IG / TikTok worthy content ;) Our fully renovated Airstream sleeps 6 guests. Every inch of the airstream was created to provide you with luxurious amenities while staying true to the camping experience. With the absence of light and sound pollution you'll have the most amazing experience of your life. The space is well-equipped with a California King size memory foam mattress in the bedroom and two convertible couches (queens) that are a quick 30 second setup. We also provide board games: Monopoly, Yahtzee, Phase 10, Uno, Skip-Bo and Jenga. Most common Questions: ✓ What’s the cooking situation? Our tiny kitchen area includes a stove, sink, french press for coffee, mini refrigerator, pots/pans and utensils! ✓ Is there a bathroom? Yes! There is a full bathroom in the airstream. Because we are off grid and the land here is pure rock 12 inches below surface our toilets are composting toilets (Separett Villa) that separates the liquids and solids. ✓ Is there running water? Absolutely, the shower and sink have hot water! However, depending on the time of the year (Oct-March) and any other time it is below 40° F we DO NOT offer running water. But you'll be able to wash off during those summer months. When it gets to freezing temperatures in the winter, we recommend bringing some bottled water with you. ✓ Is there electricity? Yes! We operate off solar power. We have outlets to plug in your cell phone however the system can't handle devices that need a lot of power like blow dryers. On gloomy days, our solar batteries may not be able to charge fully. We apologize in advance. . We recommend buying foods that don't spoil easily, like eggs and fruit. Also, we CANNOT power medical devices such as C-PAP machines. ✓ Is there WIFI? Yes, thanks to elon! Network: Stargazing Password: somethingrealspecial ✓ Is there heat? Yes! We have a wood burning stove inside the camper that you will haver to light yourself (it is a mini wood burning fireplace). It can get very cold in the winter so please pack accordingly. Pack extra warm clothing (thermals and long johns) to keep warm. Refunds will NOT be issued because it’s cold out. We have no control over the weather and want to be upfront about this from the beginning. Check the weather and pack accordingly. ✓ You have access to the entire airstream and 2 acres in diameter from the airstream!! But feel free to roam and explore the beautiful nature! We're here for you during your stay, and let us know if there's anything we can do to improve your experience. If you want to chat and learn about our lovely area, we're only a phone call or message away. Valle, Arizona lies at an altitude of 5,994 feet (1,827 m), at the junction of U.S. Route 180 and State Route 64. 2010 US Census the population of Valle was 832. ✓ The closest airport is Grand Canyon National Park Airport (GCN) which is an hour away or Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport PHX which is about 3 hours away. ✓ The roads that lead to the airstream are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (OCT-APRIL). Any truck or SUV with 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive should be able to handle it. Cars can maybe handle it, but there’s a chance of getting stuck if it rains or snows and tow trucks are expensive. We have friends that might be able to help get you unstuck in case of an emergency, but it’s not guarantee they'll always be in town or available. ✓ Dogs are allowed during your stay for an additional $15 fee per dog. We do ask that dogs do NOT get on the beds out of respect for other people's allergies. ✓ The roads that lead to the airstream are dirt roads and can get muddy in rain or snow ESPECIALLY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS (OCT-APRIL). We hope you enjoy your stay!
