A 5 minute walk to the Marina Parade where you can take a lovely stroll down to the beach then enjoy the nearby cafes, restaurants and a spectacular Pelican Feed show nearby every day. The apartment is cozy located on the 1st floor with stairs. Parking on the street - free. It is 8 km from Surfers Paradise and 3 km from the famous Harbor Town Outlets. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk distance. The space The room has a very comfortable queen size bed, the bathroom is divided into 2 parts, one for the shower and the other for the toilet. The bathroom has an accessible door from the room, this bathroom is shared with another person in this family. You can have access to use the kitchen, fridge and laundry. Guest access The kitchen is shared with all the members of the family, there is a simple microwave. In addition to pots, plates, cups and cutlery.
