Welcome to NOAH's ARK – your cozy & spacious 3,350 Sqft, 3-level cabin with 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft, perfect for large groups! HOT TUB with outdoor firepit! River tubes and kayaks available for rent at a small fee – adventure awaits! This unique getaway features charming antique décor and authentic hunting mounts from Africa and New Zealand, adding to its distinctive character. The space ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ CABIN DESCRIPTION: ☀ 3 Levels - Full bathroom at each level. ☀ Master Bedroom (main level) - Spacious and secluded for privacy. Antique California King size set (half a century old from 1980's) with river/fishing cabin theme! ☀ 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms (upstairs) - Queen beds in each. "Bear" bedroom and "Deer" bedroom theme. ☀ 4th Bedroom (in basement)- Sleeps 4 kids/teens (in 2 Full size beds). An Eastlake Victorian style bed from mid 1970's & another Full size bed. ☀ 5th Sleeping Loft (upstairs) with twin over twin bunks beds (for kids only). ☀ Queen size Air mattress (stored in basement) for additional persons. Please bring your own pump and batteries. ☀ Kitchen- with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Drip and Keurig coffeemakers with plenty of drink/dishware. ☀ Dining table- Chippendale style table for 6 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. ☀ Basement Game rooms - Pool table, foosball, ping pong & plenty of board games. ☀ Balconies/Grill - Upper level wrap around on 3 sides with a Weber Genesis Gas grill. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BOOKING: ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ✔️RESORT FEE: There is a separate resort gate entrance fee of $60, which is required by the resort. This fee is collected via Airbnb & paid directly to the resort to cover security and resort maintenance. ✔️ REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $240 damage deposit will be fully refunded (after 15 days from your check-out date as we process all deposits on a 2 weeks cycle) if there are no damages or extra cleaning required post-stay. ✔️ GUEST COUNT: Please enter the exact number of guest count. Airbnb automatically calculates the additional guest fee which is $25/person/night from the 3rd guest onwards. (Our guests love this flexible model of charging per headcount as it allows them to save money!). Also, visitors of guests are NOT allowed by the resort). Any visitor will need to be added as a guest or won't be allowed at the gates. ✔️Special Holidays: July 4th, ThanksGiving, Chrismas and New Year require a minimum 5 nights and 10 persons minimum. ✔️ The cabin has security cameras on the outside. Any additional / unauthorized person/s will be charged $100 per person per day AND/OR cancellation of the booking. ✔️AGE Requirement: Reserving guest must meet Airbnb age requirements ✔️Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am Eastern time, per resort policy. ✔️NO-SMOKING & NO-VAPING inside the cabin. It's okay to smoke outside on decks or porch (ashtrays provided). No throwing cigarette butts around cabin grounds. It is a fire hazard and please do your part to preserve nature. ✔️Strictly NO PETS- We don't allow pets (excluding Service Animals). ✔️ Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may occasionally be present even inside the cabin. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the mountains can create its challenges with insects when guest may leave doors open. Please note that we do not allow refunds for the presence of any insects found inside the cabin. Remember you are in the mountains surrounded by nature! ✔️Check in / Check out: Check in time is 5pm and Subject to availability: Free early check-in may be available from 4pm. Check-in by 2pm: $50 Check out time is 10am. Late Check out by 2 pm: $50 and extended check-out by 7 pm : $100. Guest access ☀ Access to the property is off a paved road and NO truck or 4 wheel drive is required as with some other cabins in the mountains. ☀ Parking: The cabin can easily accommodate parking for 4 normal sized passenger cars / SUVs / trucks, 2 of which can be parked in the lower driveway and 2 in the upper driveway. Any additional vehicles may need to be parked up the street. ☀ Distance from main resort gates: is about 11-13 mins drive from the closest LEGION gate. There are 4 gates to the resort, so enjoy seeing deer in the scenic mountain drive. ☀ Guests have access to the entire cabin except the owners private cabinets, storage room and housekeeping cabinets.
