This is a brand new house in Glenorchy, with views of the surrounding mountains. It is located just a five minute easy walk from the local pubs, and cafes. Glenorchy is the gateway to all of the Mount Aspiring National Park walks, jet boating, horse riding, hunting, fishing and heli skiing. The space You will have the whole house, which is on a 800sqm section to yourself. There are two bedrooms with a Queen bed and family bathroom next door. The other room is a large en-suite with super king bed, walk in wardrobe, mountain views and access out onto the garden. The house has a wood burner and heat pump with a heat transfer system to keep the whole house warm and cosy on the coldest of winter nights .
