An easy 6 min walk to the surf at Whale bay, Indicators or Outside Indicators a few mins drive to Manu bay or Ngarunui beach. Warm and cosy with a beautiful open fire, modern insulation & large double glazed sliding doors. The heat pump heats the studio within 15mins. The space An open plan studio with a queen bed open to the main space set into an alcove. A separate bedroom off the main space has a fold out double bed. The space is ideal as a couples retreat or for a small family. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room with large double glazed sliding doors that slide open to form a level space between the outdoor seating and decking. The bathroom has a luxurious deep bathtub with the shower over it. Guest access Guests can access the studio by parking in front of the left hand garage door, there is a timber slatted side gate also on the left which leads to a short walk to the studio sliding door. There is a small bridge which crosses a stream, please feel free to go across the bridge and explore the stream and garden.
