Entire Cottage - Easy Checkout!

The Cozy Cottage is a stunning 600-square-foot space containing 1br and 1ba, walk-in closet, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and living space. We have several premium features including an adjustable climate control system for the queen bed (BedJet) and access to our hot tub in the nearby outdoor living space! There is a dedicated 2 car parking pad for our guests and excellent lighting from the parking area all the way to the cottage. The space Because the cottage is located in our backyard, guests may see us around the property. However your privacy is very important to us and we make every effort to allow space for you to relax and enjoy your stay! We are not accepting pets at this time. Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourself, and access to the hot tub/ outdoor living space at agreed upon times during your stay. Other things to note We are within 10 miles of six major hospitals, 13 miles to two different universities (Furman and North Greenville), close to downtown Greenville and the GSP airport. Very conveniently located to interstates 85 and 385, major shopping areas (Target, Walmart, etc) and many restaurants. Our area has many parks and green spaces, including the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
