Your home away from home has two large terraces for sunbathing, nappping and Barbecuing. There is a sunlit kitchen and living area, two separate bedrooms with a large bathroom with a walk in shower. You will find all the comforts you need: a 36" screen TV, electric coffee maker, oven, full size refrigerator, stove and fireplace. The space The apartment faces South West and enjoys many hours of direct sunlight each day. The terraces are fully furnished: one has a large sized dining table that can accomodate up to six people, not far from the BBQ area and with a sprawling overhead umbrealla. The second terrace features two teak beach chairs, a teak two seater loveseat, potted plants and a large overhead umbrella. The apartment itself has two separate bedrooms. The Master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, dresser and night tables, the second bedroom a double bed, a dresser and night tables. The bathroom is tiled and features a large walk in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The kitchen faces the living area and has a full size refrigerator, stove, electric coffee machine. There is a dining room table seating 6 with extendable leaves. The living area feautures a couch with two side armchairs and a coffee table that looks directly out into the valley and the gorgeous surrounding views. Guest access The entire space will be at your disposal. Other things to note A 15 minute walk gets you to the main town square walking through the picturesque old town buildings. There you will find fantastic cheese, meat and bread shops. And one of the best restaurants in Abruzzo, Scarpetta di Venere is located right off this Piazza. Other nearby mountain resorts such as Pescocostanzo, Rivisondoli, Roccaraso, Bosco Sant'Antonio, Pacentro, are reachable within a short drive.
