Located in the small town of Tréflez, quiet and green, it will only take you 5 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Keremma and the GR 34. Designed to accommodate 2 people, you can stay there independently while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside. The space This studio located on our property is completely independent. It benefits from a parking space, two terraces and a secure bike shelter. With an area of less than 20 m2, this small cocoon is composed of a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bathroom with toilet and a sleeping area (140 x 190 cm double bed). We provide bed linen, towels and dish towels. The studio, like the terraces, faces south. Its large bay window will allow you to enjoy the view of the countryside. You can relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the parasol, made available to you. A barbecue and charcoal are also available in the bike shed. The studio is located in the small town of Tréflez which has a small grocery store/bread depot and a tobacco bar. During the summer, you can enjoy the small Tuesday market (from 5 p.m.) which hosts an organic vegetable producer and a pizza truck. You'll be a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets and other shops are 10 km away in the towns of Lesneven and Plouescat. Guest access Direct access to the studio with private parking space. A secure lockbox will allow you to access the studio independently. Located in North Finistère between Brest and Roscoff, 5 minutes from the beaches of Keremma, you can discover the Côte des Légendes, Aber Wrach, the Pays du Léon and the Île de Batz. Other things to note The charm of the countryside also includes its sensory heritage: it is not uncommon to hear a rooster crow or see a tractor pass by 😉 Regarding the barbecue, please use it only on the gravel area. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we count on you to return the accommodation in a clean condition.
