The Hayloft

Relax with the family in this peaceful slice of heaven. Set at the end of a single lane track, it is a truly idyllic spot. Wildlife in abundance including deer, hare, owls and other large birds of prey. The property is on our small farm where we keep our horses, chickens, geese and ducks. We are close to Hedingham Castle, only 3 mins by car. Great for attending a wedding! It’s a 10 minute walk to the village of Gestingthorpe with its award winning pub The Pheasant offering drinks and great food. The space The Hayloft is a two bedroom, two bathroom self contained annexe. Set in a very rural spot perfect for peace, countryside walks, bird watching, etc. It has its own driveway which runs alongside one of our horses paddocks. A sunken patio, which is a lovely sun trap, is a lovely place to take in the surroundings. Inside is an open plan living room and kitchen with island and separate dining table. There is a downstairs loo with a walk in shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine for your convenience. Upstairs offers a large double bedroom with king size bed and two large built in wardrobes. There is a twin room with two single beds, and also a bathroom with free standing bath to relax in. We are set in a pretty rural part of the county with little light pollution - the stars on a clear night are truly mesmerising! Close to many wedding venues: Hedingham Castle, The White Hart, Tuffon Hall, Brickwall Farm to name a few!
