This rustic building has been renovated to provide comfortable accommodation for up-to two adults only; with Harbour views from the sitting room & upstairs bedroom.There is expansive timber framing inside, with the Granary raised above ground on Staddlestones which makes this building distinct. The Granary provides an escape to a quiet, rural environment with close proximity to Chichester Harbour. There is private parking accessed from a gated entrance. The Granary is ONLY accessible by stairs. The space The Granary is a renovated barn with some quirkiness. The building provides a sense of history through its exposed timber framework and wooden beams. The Granary is available for up-to 2 adults, I respectfully must address that the Granary is not suitable for children. The downstairs is completely open plan, with the ability to fully open wide the double doors within the sitting area, to the garden and with downstairs views towards Chichester Harbour and Bosham Creek. The Granary building is raised off the ground on staddle stones which harks back to the time when the building was used by the farmer to store corn and prevent the crop from being scavenged. This means the Granary is ONLY accessible by stairs to the access doors and the first floor. The bedroom (with its King size Hypnos bed), also has views to the harbour. The Granary is an historic building and to the host's knowledge provides a unique offering for holiday accommodation within the Chichester Harbour ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. The whole Granary is for the private use of guests with a gated area for parking. The host is nearby to assist. Guest access The Granary is available as a whole entity, with access also to an outside cycle store and private parking facility on site. There is a small garden area with outside seating. The Granary is ONLY accessible with the use of stairs to its entrances and to the upper floor. The Granary is available for up-to 2 adults, it is not suitable for children to be included in the booking. The host is on hand nearby to assist guests. Other things to note The bathroom has a hand held shower to the bath. The head height of the upper floor is determined by the slope of the roof line and given that the Granary is a historic building.
