Guesthouse in Surrey

The Loft is a delightful modern space situated within the gated 7 acre grounds of our Edwardian country home. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Surrey countryside, the accommodation is near to our house but completely self-contained and a few minutes drive from Haslemere. The Loft can accommodate two adults and there is also a daybed for children if required (please read below for further details). Please note we don’t accept bookings for more than two adults. The space The bright and airy open plan accommodation consists of a large sitting area with sofa, and smart TV, bedroom off with superking size bed and super comfy Vispring mattress. There is a galley kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, gas hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The Loft has a separate shower room and adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area seating six which doubles as a handy workspace. Within the living area there is a daybed to accommodate children (please message us and we can arrange this at a cost of £30 per night). Please note we do not accept bookings for more than two adults. If two adults would like to use both the master bed and the daybed then we can make the daybed up no problem, there is just a surcharge of £30 for the linen and laundry (please add the cost on as an extra guest at booking, this will signal that both beds are needed. Many thanks). There is good Wi-Fi throughout. Externally there is dedicated parking and a private terraced area outdoors with seating to enjoy the sunshine and views. We hope our guests get every opportunity to enjoy this lovely location, and enjoy some leisure time. We have a newly refurbished tennis court available by arrangement along with a ladies and gents bicycle and a full size table tennis table. We tend not to accept pets as a rule but please do message me to enquire (if we agree the property is ok for your pet there is a surcharge of £30) Many thanks. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to The Loft. They will be able to park their car in a private space to the left of the property. Outside The Loft is a terrace with a table and two chairs where guests can enjoy the sunshine and views over the stunning garden which guests can access on one side. Guests may also enjoy the recently refurbished tennis court via prior arrangement. Tennis rackets and balls can also be provided. Other things to note Sarah is a fully qualified and practising reflexologist. Please message directly for further information and to book for a treatment during your stay! We have one dog – Maggie – a friendly and adorable golden retriever There is no undercounter oven, dishwasher nor washing machine in the kitchen area. Use of an iron and ironing board can also be arranged in advance.
