The space Step into our newly renovated villa and prepare to be enchanted by the vibrant tasteful Scandinavian countryside décor. The fully equipped kitchen is a vision of modernity, while the large open dining area and living room, complete with a cozy fireplace, provide the perfect space to unwind and entertain. As you step outside, you'll be greeted by a charming patio area, where you can savor delightful meals prepared on the BBQ. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation in our traditional Estonian sauna, complete with a spacious terrace offering breathtaking sea vistas. For an added touch of rejuvenation, immerse yourself in the soothing jacuzzi, as you soak in the beauty of the surrounding scenery and watch stars in a clear sky. With 160 m2 of space, our villa comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms, with an additional two guests accommodated on the sofa bed. To ensure everyone's comfort and convenience, we have one full bathroom, a separate toilet, and an additional shower in the sauna area, guaranteeing privacy and efficiency. For nature enthusiasts, we invite you to embark on invigorating nature walks or explore the stunning coastline by renting our bicycles. The choice is yours, and adventure awaits at every turn. Adding to the charm of our nature resort, we have friendly sheep and Scottish Highland cows grazing in fenced seaside areas, enhancing the picturesque landscape. Feel free to watch and mingle with them across the fence, and if you'd like to feed them, simply ask us for dried bread pieces. Puhtu-Laelatu nature reserve is world famous as a species-rich conservation area comprising mainly herb-rich forested areas, coastal meadows and alvars. Scientists have found up to 76 plant species per square meter and it's is the only known place in Estonia where the orchid (Dactylorhiza ruthei) grows and several other rare species, eg Cypripedium calceolus and Angelica palustris. Pivarootsi is a perfect location for bird watching in spring and autumn with record of 1,000,000 birds crossing per day. Guest access Guest have the whole 3-bedroom villa with, patio, sauna, terrace and jacuzzi. Villa has a private backyard with the sea views. Our 36m lookout tower, padel court and golf course are in short walking distance and those could be shared with the host and potential other guests (if they are staying in other houses of the estate). Discuss with the host when you arrive. Our boats marina and private beach are in 200 meters walking distance from the villa. There is a beautiful park with a pond next to hosts house, which is private area. Please ask if you are interested to walk there. Other things to note Grocery stores: - Coop Lihula, biggest supermarket - located 20km towards Tallinn near main road. - Coop Virtsu, biggest local store - located 10km away in Virtsu. Restaurants: - Groot, best in the area is located in Varbla harbour, 30min drive - There are few simple cafeterias in Virtsu and Lihula - Local delicious catering service on request, please ask the host for dates and details
