Modern summer house by the sea
Description
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space The house is decorated according to our own needs to create the perfect setting for relaxation and coziness. That is, it has been important that the house can be enjoyed by children of all ages, both because we ourselves have a little one, with unimaginable amounts of energy, and courage to explore the world, and two preteens, who primarily make contact to ask when we should eat and to ask for money or a ride, but also because we have friends with children of all ages. We thought we had succeeded quite well in creating a framework that allows adults to take a vacation, for example. Enjoy an audiobook on the sunbed or a glass of wine in the wilderness bath. Of course, the house is also designed for family presence, low blue coziness, playing games, being creative together, building sand castles or going on a crab hunt. The house has fibernet and currently there is a smart TV in the bedroom and living room as well as TV with Chromecast both in the "room" under the bunk bed and up in the bunk beds. The plan is to have a TV in the alcove where the Playstation will be placed, as well as a TV in the guest room/creative room. Until then, the PlayStation is set to the living room. All televisions have Viaplay, Netflix, Disney Junior, TV2 Play etc. The bedroom is like a bedroom, but the other two rooms are each designed to meet their own needs. The guest room has a pull-out bed so other parents or grandparents can have a room and a place to sleep, but also has a pull-out desk that can be folded out so that 5 people can sit and immerse themselves in something creative. There is the possibility of making pearl jewelry, pearl plates (both Alm. Bead size but also the big kind for smaller children) there is cardboard, scissors, crayons, brushes, paint, modeling wax, dimond painting etc. Last but not least, a wide selection of games, ranging from Uno to Hint. I have posted pictures both where the bed is pulled out and functions as a bedroom and where it is folded and functions as a sofa in the creative room. The last room is equipped with a bunk bed in 3/4 man size. Under the bunk bed there is a sofa bed that can be folded out and sleeps two people. On a daily basis, it is folded so our preteens use it as a small TV room (away from mom and dad) but the room is also a "play" room for our youngest man of almost 3 years. There are many hours of play in the play kitchen and on the car mat. This room is also perfect for if we have couples who prefer to sleep in the same room as their smaller children or couples with children of the same ages as our own. So all the kids sleep together here. I have posted pictures both where the room functions as a pre-teen TV room and as a bedroom The house currently sleeps 9 people. Two people in the bedroom, two people in the creative room, 4 people in the bunk bed room, and one person in the alcove. Soon there will be a mattress in the loft, so there will also be a place to sleep. In the kitchen, there is an American refrigerator that makes ice cubes, crushed ice and ice water. There is a Phillips coffee machine that can make coffee for every taste, from espresso to café latte, etc. The sink has a cooker so it is easy to rinse a cutting board, make tea, mix infant formula, blanch vegetables, etc. There is a smaller table in the kitchen that we use a lot in everyday life, either so you can be together during cooking, have your morning coffee with sea views or a cozy moment when the children have crawled to bed. The table can be extended, we have made use of it when we have been many gathered, for example. If it was a children's table on New Year's Eve and Christmas Eve, it was set as an extension of the dining table. The dining table is also extendable. On a daily basis, it's set up so it works for our family. That is, two people on each side and the smallest junior chair at the end. There are 3 additional plates so it can be pulled out to 3, 4 or 5 seats on each side. The sofa furniture is purchased with the idea that it can easily be moved around and arranged so that you can lie arm in arm and watch movies on a rainy day. In short, we feel that we have created a house that meets most people's needs. Here, grandparents can invite children and grandchildren to stay. Friends can meet and spend a few days together, both with or without children. Small and big children will enjoy the stay. Should you be so unlucky to be away in a time of rainy weather, you can still stay out under the covered terrace, which is almost finished, and the wilderness bath is beautiful regardless of weather conditions. You will still be able to have a vacation with delicious surroundings, lots of activity options and not least amazing coffee😊 Guest access Hele huset Other things to note The house is newly built but we are not quite finished with the wooden terrace that will go all the way around the house. There are just walkways missing but there may be building materials outside at the moment.
