The space Fire Pit • King Bed • Free Parking Walking through the front door, you'll immediately find yourself in the living room that hosts a comfy couch and a huge flat-screen Smart TV. - Just a couple steps from the couch is the fully equipped kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and soft-close cabinets. - Down the hall, is the nicely renovated bathroom that has a wonderful walk-in shower great for taking a relaxing shower. - Next to the bathroom is the spacious bedroom filled with tons of natural light and a comfortable king-sized bed, Smart TV, and dresser. - Outside, you will be able to enjoy the twinkling lights hanging over the fire pit while you warm up on a breezy night! Guest access Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one. Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
