Guest access Guests have access to the following on-site amenities during their stay: ✔️ One on-site parking space (additional public parking available nearby) ✔️ Direct beach access just steps from the building ✔️ Outdoor pool and community barbecue grills ✔️ Seasonal beach bar & grill for cocktails and casual bites ✔️ Laundry facilities (coin or credit card operated) conveniently located on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and residents, please review the following important details: 🧹 Monthly Pest Control The building receives monthly preventative pest control on the second Tuesday of each month, accompanied by the property manager, as required by the HOA. If service occurs during your stay, access to the unit must be permitted. 🚭 No Smoking / No Vaping This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property, including inside the unit and on the balcony, per HOA policy. Violations will result in a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee. A designated smoking area is available elsewhere on the property. 🐾 No Pets Unfortunately, pets are not permitted due to HOA restrictions. If local boarding is needed, we’re happy to recommend Zoomies Pet Hotel nearby. 🤫 Quiet Hours & Conduct Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or loud music are permitted at any time. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. 👥 Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on the reservation.
