Beautiful location! Our house is ideally located, facing the forest and 300 meters from Sion Beach. Facing the bike path. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You will find a bowling laser game as well as a nautical club and nearby businesses. In the village you will find a grocery store, a fishmonger, a pharmacy, a market. The house has been completely renovated and all the comforts are there. Fenced property, possibility to park two vehicles. The space The house is located opposite the forest of Sion. All you have to do is cross the road and you can enjoy forest walks and access the beach 300m by foot . Bike paths across the street allow you to bike along the coast! You are located just 5 minutes from the village of Sion on the ocean with its beautiful corniche that will offer you magnificent landscapes and sunsets... The house is about 10min from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and 10min from Saint Jean de Monts . Also come and enjoy amusement and water parks (Atlantic Toboggan ,dino's Park, explora Park, youplaland, felling forest ,quad loc... ) Salt marshes to visit , devil's hole... Nautical base nearby. Near the Corniche de Sion ,you will find the port of Saint Gilles Croix de vie with many activities: fishing at sea ,sailing , sea scooters,port of Saint Gilles and also shuttle to the crossing of the island of Yeu. The dining room is surrounded by large floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy maximum brightness and has a large table that can accommodate nearly 10 people and also a central island with stools . Another master suite with Italian bathroom-shower with a vanity , towel dryer, 160×200 double bed. Possibility to divide the bed into two 80×200 beds for two children for example. The new corner sofa comfortable and convertible in the lounge . A toilet. A small workspace . Dependency 1: 1 bedroom +1 bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer +toilet and large TV. Glass windows to enjoy the sun and front door. A small room also available with a kitchenette.
