Casa Chacim was our family's refuge for many years, and today we open our doors to welcome guests to our ranch located on Peroba Beach in Maragogi, Alagoas. The main house has 5 suites, 1 social toilet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, terrace surrounding the entire house, swimming pool, barbecue and Wi-Fi. The space The living room with two areas accommodates a table with ten seats, as well as two sofas and two armchairs. On the terrace surrounding the house there are several living areas overlooking the sea, as well as space to set up to 4 hammocks. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, blender, ice maker, sandwich maker, pots, dishes and cutlery. The five suites are equipped with air conditioning and have a wardrobe without doors to accommodate luggage and clothes. The house is rented with a complete set of sheets, blankets, bath towels, face and floor towels, as well as pool towels. Guest access The site goes from the track to the seafront, and the guest will have access to its entire length, except for the caretaker's house, where the family that takes care of the property lives. The other areas will be for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note The place is cared for by a family, who provide service to guests in the following ways: Cook (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Support staff (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) We charge for energy separately, we measure the meter on entry and exit and multiply by the Energy Company's rate. The site is located between a restaurant and a reception, which features boat rides, jet skis and catamarans. We do not accept pets, excursions, vans or minibuses. Any sound from automobiles, or loud noise that may disturb the neighborhood, is also prohibited.
