Welcome to our Breton seaside house with direct access to the Ria d'Etel! The accommodation has a beautiful sea view from the living room and bedrooms. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to stay in our house with its completely renovated interior and ideally located facing the sea. Its 1700 m² garden bordered by the sea, offers direct access to a small secluded beach with the possibility of swimming at high tide. The space The house offers you a beautiful sea view. This neo-Breton house by the sea is separated into two apartments, this part has 4 bedrooms including 3 with unobstructed views of the Ria, equipped with new quality bedding in size 160 X 200 as well as a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds (adjacent to the 3rd bedroom, for children or teenagers). It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children/teenagers The view of the Ria is also present in the living room, as well as on the terrace where you can share beautiful moments. You will also enjoy a plot of 1700 m² bordered by the sea. At high tide, you can swim directly from the garden and enjoy a small secluded beach. Imagine yourself having your morning coffee on your private terrace while admiring the breathtaking view of the water and the island of Nohic, (this small island typical of the estuary with a house formerly used for the surveillance of oyster farms). Authenticity, nature and conviviality are de rigueur around a large shared garden with direct access to the Ria. Available for both accommodations: a brazier, 1 paddle 2 places, outdoor games, bocce balls, free access. The garden has a pétanque court. Possibility to rent the entire house on request (second 38 m2 accommodation with 4 beds).
