Welcome to our cozy and modern studio in Playas del Coco! This second-floor apartment overlooks the pool and has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. You can walk to the beach or the main street in just 5-7 minutes, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Our studio is fully equipped with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a TV, a sofa and a balcony. You'll love the fresh and stylish decor and the natural light. Come and enjoy the best of Coco with us! This space has been warmly, colorfully, and eclectically decorated for a truly comfortable Costa Rican vacation experience. Every tiny detail has been considered to make your stay comfortable. NOTE: The TV has an Amazon Firestick. Please bring along your Netflix/Amazon/Crave or any other subscription-based passwords and logins. Amazing Pool area. Note: map is deceiving. We are a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. We are much closer to the beach and main street than units in the Las Palmas area. Our space has room to comfortably host 2 guests. We are fully equipped with, towels, face clothes, fluffy beach towels, beach cooler bags, ice packs, hair dryers, a blender, a slow cooker, a grill, cooking equipment, and more. We have dedicated WIFI (or hardwire for those who need to work while on vacation) and a smart TV that you can stream (Netflix). The space has an AC unit and a safe to keep your valuables. Upon arrival, the unit will be stocked with coffee, a reusable coffee filter, cooking oil, salt, pepper, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap in each bathroom, and dish soap. There is no mid-stay cleaning service included in your reservation. To schedule your cleaning please contact the Property Manager for pricing and scheduling. There is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap, as we find 99% of guests pack their own. There is a pay-as-you-go laundry service in the common area. The property manager will give you instructions on use. Please be sure that you return any items to the condo at the end of each day and/or at the end of your stay. Please do not lend any items from this condo to neighbors. Each unit is owned by individuals who may have different standards on what "fully equipped" may mean. It is up to each owner to stock their units accordingly. You can reach out through the app at any time, and the amazing property managers from Brokers Costa Rica will be in touch! Our neighborhood and location is absolutely ideal! We are a 3 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes to Main Street. Out location is quiet and relaxing- but still close enough to the amenities including restaurants, grocery, shopping and more. All walking distance. You will not be disappointed. Everything is walking distance. A taxi from the grocery store will cost you approx $2-$4. If you rent a car there is parking available. No ELECTRIC carts are permitted. There are no charging stations available for renters. Gas carts are ideal for the area and terrain. There is night security at the front gate. There is a code to get into the building that we will provide to you upon your arrival. Please do not share this code with anyone. You can drink tap water in Costa Rica *HOWEVER* the high mineral (calcium) can make affect your belly if you drink it regularly. We have installed filtered water systems in each of our units. Small tap at the kitchen sink. This will save you hundreds of dollars (bottled water). (we still drink tap water at restaurants) A 10% gratuity and 13% service tax will be included on all restaurant bills. You can choose to tip extra if you wish. We own THREE freshly renovated studios in this building. This building was built in 2009 and has been amazingly maintained and updated since then. We are original owners in this building. We (along with our amazing property management team) are very engaged and passionate about ensuring you have a fabulous stay and experience!
