Modern, Central Apartment with Parking & Balcony

Spacious and modern apartment in central Oslo. Walking distance to the heart of Grünerløkka, Carl Berner and Kiellandsplass where you can enjoy Oslo's city life with restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and shopping opportunities. It’s very good public transport connections nearby and possibility of parking. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with large beds, a nice living room/kitchen and large sunny balcony from 3pm, and a shared roof terrace with very good views and sun conditions. Welcome! The space The building is from 2003. Has an elevator and stairs. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The bathroom has s good size, with washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms, with double beds (180x200cm). In addition, we have two air mattresses, one single and one double, which can be set up in the living room area. In the living room there is a dining table with plenty of seating. There is also a dining area on the balcony with a grill, and two barseats by the kitchen island. You can enjoy both quiet and social days here. Parking in the basement must be arranged in advance. Guest access You have access to the whole appartment, except from locked private cabinets/lockers. We live in the apprtment, and lock off our private things while renting out. Other things to note Parking is agreed upon separately.
