This is a large 3 bedroom home on a wooded lot located in a gated community on the edge of Bandera. The property has a large shaded backyard and porch perfect for relaxing and watching the deer and birds. We are only a 2 minutes from Bandera's exciting Honky Tonks, and restaurants. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two baths. The primary suite has a very comfortable king Sleep Number mattress, and a Hemmingway bedroom set and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a large soaking tub and a shower. The primary suite has a 55 inch HD television with full streaming services available. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a ceiling fan and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The room has an HD TV with full streaming capability. The third bedroom has three twin beds. The bottom two beds can be converted to a king bed. The room has an HD TV with full streaming capability. The living room has a 65 inch HD TV with full streaming services available. It also has a DVD player with a few movies. The is also a large assortment of games. There is a candlelit fireplace, 2 sofas with 3 reclining seats, and a ceiling fan. The house has a fully stocked, large kitchen that has everything you could need to cook a meal if you want to. The house has a fully stocked laundry room, a pet station, and a fully stocked coffee bar with two coffee makers (not Keurig) We have a very relaxing back porch where you can sit and watch the wildlife in two large director’s chairs or gather around the fire pit, or fire up the grill for a great meal and fellowship. Upon arrival, you will see that we have provided you a complementary bottle of wine, snacks, and a pint of homemade vanilla ice cream. Some travelers, especially those arriving on motorcycles, may want to start partying immediately upon arrival, so we offer a special service to load the Pantry and refrigerator with your groceries and cold beverages so you can relax when you arrive rather than go shopping. We only charge a $20 service fee plus the cost of the items on your shopping list. A gratuity is not expected but always appreciated. The guests will have full/exclusive access to the entire house with the exception of 2 small, locked owner’s closets, which are storerooms for extra linens, tools and cleaning supplies. There are no valuables in these closets. There is a small travel trailer on the property from time to time that may be occupied by the owners (unless you ask us not to). Regardless, you will have exclusive use of the whole house and back yard during your stay. We will be available via phone, text, and email throughout your visit. We live close by and can come take care of any issues that may arise with the house or property. This is a very quiet, gated community on the edge of Bandera. We are less than 2 minutes from Bandera. Lots of deer and turkeys roaming around, so be careful when you drive. it is a very small community and every house is within walking distance. Walking to town along Hwy 16 could be dangerous, and is not recommended. It is a very busy road and poorly lit at night. If you are interested in us stocking the pantry, refrigerator and bar before you arrive, please let us know. We only charge a $20 service fee plus the cost of your groceries, etc. A small tip would also be appreciated. This way you can immediately start your vacation without going out to shop . The property has Wi-Fi speed exceeding 20 Mbps There is a cell tower 100 yards from the house offering 5G+ service with over 125 Mbps Internet speed at times using AT&T. I don’t know the Internet speed for other carriers. The neighbor has three unfriendly dogs with a very secure fence. The neighbor asks that you not approach the dogs or try to pet or feed them.
