Three Monkeys & a Fish offers the perfect retreat from every day life nestled in a quiet Cul-de-Sac just 900meters over the board walk by foot (2 minutes by car) to Plettenberg Bay’s much loved Sanctuary Beach. The house oozes seaside glamour with huge volume, cement floors and white walls. Catch a sunrise with your coffee from our look out deck and enjoy the wrap around wooden deck with all rooms leading to the generous swimming pool. Enjoy perfect spaces to unwind with family & friends. The space Main Bedroom - King XL bed en suite 2nd bedroom - Queen XL bed, bathroom opposite. 3rd bedroom - Queen XL bed plus single pull out bed en suite. 4th bedroom - Queen XL bed plus single pull out bed en suite. 5 th Bedroom / STUDIO en suite can be integrated to the house or totally separate with its own entrance & kitchenette. King XL bed & double sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette in the studio equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. * We can accommodate a flexible rate for guests up to 6 pax, as well as up to 14 pax with the extra beds as listed above, depending on length of stay. Huge volume open plan Lounge / Dining with the fully equipped Kitchen in the middle. Gourmet SMEG stove positioned central to the island and bar counter with seating for four along with Nespresso coffee machine and master chef pots and pans. The dining room table seats 12. There is both a gas and wood fireplace in the dining and living room. The living areas and four bedrooms open onto the wrap around wooden deck and pool for perfect easy living. There is an outside braai and bar area, as well as an outside shower with hot and cold water. The deck includes sun beds and ample seating as well as a second 10/12 seater dining table. A spiral staircase leads to the upper lookout deck with 360 degree views and ideal for a quiet coffee and view of the sunrise over the mountains. All bed linen is high thread count pure cotton. The decor is stylish in coastal chic tones. There is also a chalk board and board games. * There are 5x free standing gas heaters available for the winter months * Washing machine, dishwasher & tumble dryer are situated in the separate scullery. * There is an inverter for back up power available in the case of load shedding. Pool towels and a hairdryer are available. There is a garage for one vehicle as well as out door parking spaces inside the property behind an electric remote controlled gate. Guest access The house offers many different spaces, indoors and outdoors and all accessible to guests. Other things to note * A cleaner is available as required at an extra cost. * Pets can sometimes be accommodated by request. * Should baby equipment be required, on request, we can provide the contact details of a hiring company for this. * The pool has the option of having the heater switched on at an additional fee.
