Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom duplex house nestled in the beautiful Deer Park neighbourhood of Toronto! This cozy Airbnb is the perfect home away from home for your stay in the heart of the city, with subway, shops and parks within 10 minutes' walk. This newly renovated house is on the ground floor of a duplex and boasts an amazing sun-room, beautifully furnished living and dining rooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Parking and laundry is available on request. The space This spacious, centrally-located house is perfect for a small group visiting Toronto for a few days, whether just taking in the sights, attending festivals or a short business trip. It's a quick walk to Davisville subway station, and then a 15-minute ride downtown. We are also steps away from Upper Canada College and a short ride to University of Toronto, so a great option to stay if you're attending graduation. The house is the ground floor unit of a duplex (the hosts live on the 2nd floor), and has a sun room, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and full washroom. Additional details below: Living Room: Fully-furnished with sofas and seating for 4-6, and access to a sun-room with additional seating Dining Room: Dining table with comfortable seating for up to 6 people Kitchen: Modern, fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small refrigerator, electric kettle and toaster. Cutlery and utensils are also provided. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a small closet Bedroom 2: Double bed with closet and study table Washroom: Common washroom with 3-piece shower, vanity, mirror and toilet Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the basement, and guests are free to use them if required. Please note, the laundry room is a common area and used by the hosts as well. Parking: Free parking is available. You can park near the space next to our garage in the backyard, accessible through a shared driveway. Please note that you’ll be staying on the lower level of our family home. We have small children so you might hear footsteps and indistinct voices usually between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Please do not book our place if that noise is going to bother you. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire ground floor, the back yard and the laundry room in the basement. Please note, the laundry room is a common area and shared with the hosts as well. Guests are requested not to use the front lawn. Other things to note Please note that you’ll be staying on the lower level of our family duplex home. We have small children so you might hear footsteps and indistinct voices usually between 8:00am and 10:00pm. Also, note we don’t have a TV in the unit.
