This in-law apartment is attached to our family home but offers complete privacy with its own parking space, porch and entrance. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Access to the Trolley Trail and Erie Canal path is right across the street. We are about a 10 minute bike ride to Fairport Village or a short car ride. The apartment has its own dedicated parking space right outside the front door.
