Stranraer is considered the Gateway to Galloway! After all, as the former main ferry port to Northern Ireland, Stranraer is a community well practiced in welcoming visitors & meeting the needs of travellers! Our beloved “The Wee sprout🌱” is a spacious holiday home which has 1 double, 1 twin room, enclosed decking area, loch/seaview, large living room. Wi-Fi & Smart Tv with Now tv, Disney, Prime etc Contactless check in Long stays available please contact us 📱 The space We have now installed Wi-Fi into the property for use for all our guests. The Master Bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, built in hair dryer, electric built in heater and a door leading to a Jack & Jill bathroom. Beds are made up on arrival. Towels are provided. Twin bedroom has two single beds, cupboards, a wardrobe, mirror & built in electric heater. Beds are made up on arrival. Towels are provided. Jack & Jill bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, heater, cupboard and sink. Kitchen has microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, crockery, cutlery, fridge with box freezer, gas oven & hob, glasses, saucepans, oven dish, oven trays, cupboard space, fire blanket, fire extinguisher & emergency procedure poster Dining area has seating and dining table. Lounge area has sofa, gas fire, cupboard space, SMART TV (Normal channels may not work) (now tv, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, BBC iplayer) & dvd player, coffee table and absolutely stunning views. Decking area is gated and leads directly to the door. There are chairs and a table here. Steps leading down to car parking space. Views of the sea loch. There are two entrances to this property. Both have steps either directly up to the door or up to the decking. Parking space is right next to The Wee Sprout 🌱 If you are enjoying one of our Autumn 🍂 or Winter ❄️ stays please bear in mind the location and bring warm clothes, cosy blankets and those extras that will make your stay more comfortable. Guest access Access and use of the on-site bar and restaurant, the outdoor park and indoor soft play. Time slot available for private use of the on site pool (book with reception, subject to the parks opening hours and seasonal times. (Closed during the Winter months usually reopens in April & closes end of September but please contact the Park itself to check) Parking space directly adjacent to front door of property. Other things to note Wi-Fi has now been installed in our property. 45 minute slots for personal use private heated pool ( to be booked at onsite reception in advance) The Pool is Seasonal. It is closed from the end of September (depends on Park decision) and re opens in April (Depending on park dates, please call the park itself to check up to date information) This is also the same for some of the other on site park facilities such as the soft play area. Bar & Restaurant & On site reception opening hours change during seasons.
