This is limited to across the street, as well as some minor construction in the retail spaces on the main floor. If you have any questions please reach out to our local team. * Guest access Peak Paradise spans two floors, on the second and third floor of the building, providing amazing views of the mountains. You will access the main door by a flight of stairs. There is no direct access to the unit through the garage. The garage accommodates small vehicles only (sedans or small SUVs). The residence is fully equipped for cooking, dining, and entertaining with full kitchen, a private deck with BBQ, open concept living area, electric fireplace with Smart TV to access your subscriptions, WIFI, and one parking space. More amenities include partial air conditioning, a washer/ dryer and a hairdryer. Parking: There is designated parking for one regular sized vehicle in the private garage. Garage clearance is approximately 7'3" in height, and 7'6" width. Large SUV's and Trucks will need to park in the outdoor visitor parking, which is available on a first come first serve basis.
