'The Workshop' is a newly converted guest house, situated in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales with uninterrupted views across the Derwent Valley. A seemingly remote location, Stanton Lees is a rural hamlet perched on a picturesque hillside, with a plethora of walking routes (including to the pub!) from your backdoor. Yet, you are just 5 miles from both Bakewell and Matlock, and with easy access to all the Peak District has to offer. The space This brand-new, two-storey conversion with light, open-plan living space sleeps 4: the downstairs King bedroom can be converted to a twin on request, and the mezzanine over the living area has a further set of twin beds. (Please be aware that the mezzanine area is accessed via a ladder and has restricted headroom - see pictures and feel free to message if you are unsure!) The open-plan living area has a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), smart TV, and free superfast WiFi. The lobby has a large heated cloakroom area for muddy boots and drying any wet clothes - there is also a tap outside the front door for any muddy paws! (Whilst a pet is welcome there is an additional £15 cleaning fee per booking.) The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower and toilet, with a further washroom and toilet in the downstairs bedroom, along with a washing machine.
