Lake Front Cabin with sandy beach & boat dock

Our cabin is 4 miles from the town of Newport, and is on Sebasticook lake. It's private and surrounded by trees on both sides. Perfect spot for enjoying the Maine outdoors! The main ITS Trail is at the end of the driveway. No need to trailer your toys once you arrive. Perfect for ATV/Snowmobiling. We also have a dock available if you have a boat you'd like to bring. In the winter, the home is heated with a woodstove and a heat pump (which also works as AC in the summer) The space There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with doors that walk out to the deck facing the lake) and a loft. There is one bathroom with a full tub, and a washer/dryer. Guest access The whole cabin is available to guests. Other things to note Kayaks, a Canoe, and propane grill available to use.
