Just a few minutes from the sea and from nature is ideal for both swimming and hiking routes. Close to a plethora of restaurants, beach bars, super markets but offering at the same time tranquility and relaxation due to its location. The space KALDERIMI HOUSE is a three-storey duplex, which started for the first time in August 2023 and operated for about 2 months and from April 2024 it started again for the summer season. To one side of the ground floor is the open plan dining and living room and bright and comfortable. The dining room consists of a wooden table and 6 comfortable chairs. The living room area consists of a corner sofa, a wooden coffee table and TV furniture, all in modern style and beautiful colors. On the same level is also the area of a fully equipped kitchen with a rotunda table and chairs.Finally, from the kitchen door there is access to a small patio area with table and chairs all made of wood, flowers and small containers for recycling! Going up the stairs we find ourselves in the area where two of the bedrooms are located. Each of them has its own balcony with a different view with seating equipment, private bathroom, TV and wardrobe. In addition, on the same floor there is a washing machine and the necessary equipment for washing and ironing clothes with an additional independent terrace with clothes racks. Going up to the upper floor we reach the attic room. There is also a private bathroom, wardrobe and TV. This room also has a balcony with mountain views and a large terrace with panoramic views of the village of Agia Marina and the sea. Other things to note The accommodation is on three floors and has stairs. It is possible to accommodate a child under two years old in a playground on request and without extra charges. Private parking is also available and it is highly recommended to use a rental or private car to reach KALDERIMI HOUSE.
