Warnica Coach House

Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. We are centrally located with a 30 second drive from the 400, and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown fun. The space This is a guest house, completely separate from the main house with your own private entrance and keypad. Drive right up where you will park within feet of your stay! When you walk in, you will love the open concept, with 800 square feet of total living space-plenty of room to move around! The main floor has a full kitchen, eating area, living room, bathroom with super soft towels and toiletries, and washer and dryer. Upstairs, you will find your King size bed with luxury bedding, and a futon should you have a third guest. If you need to plug in and work on your computer, there is a desk upstairs, or you can use the main kitchen table. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics should you wish to cook. A Nespresso coffee machine is available with a variety of pods to choose from. There are two TV’s located inside the Coach House; one located in the living room, and the other located in the bedroom. Both have a Roku and free Netflix! You will find some very unique features in the Coach House, including the farmhouse sink, barnboards and beams, and the original entrance floor grate. Enjoy your stay! Other things to note Please note to access the upstairs there is circular stairs. Please see picture. If you require an ironing board and iron, please let us know and one will be provided. If there is a third guest, please ensure to indicate this on the listing so extra bedding and pillows can be provided.
