Enjoy the naturally-lit kitchen with butcher block counters, farmhouse style sink, stainless steel appliances, and open shelving. The high-top dining table can seat up to four and could double as a work space, if needed. Living Room The cozy living room features a stylish faux-leather couch, accent chair, and coffee table. Stream your favorite movies and shows from Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and more on the 55 inch Roku TV. You will also find an assortment of board games in the credenza for a fun night in with friends! Bedrooms Each bedroom features a luxurious Queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and plenty of pillows! To accommodate our traveling nurses and light sleepers, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a sound machine. A full length mirror in each room will help you prepare for your work day or a night out on the town! Laundry A stacked washer/dryer can be easily accessed in the hall closet. We provide a laundry basket, detergent pods, and dryer sheets. Bathroom The full bathroom features an extra-tall rain showerhead, subway tile, and a quick drying bamboo bath mat. Enjoy our complimentary starter kit of toiletries when you arrive for your stay. Backyard The shared backyard space features a concrete patio with a 4 person dining table to enjoy a sunny Colorado day. Guest access Keyless entry makes check-in a breeze with a custom access code for the keypad on the front door. One space in the shared detached garage is available for your use, accessed via the alleyway in the rear. There is also plenty of street parking in front of the house. Other things to note - Please be aware there is another unit on this property. The backyard and garage are shared spaces. - Ring floodlight cameras have been installed at the front door and the garage facing the alley for your safety. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house. - Unfortunately, early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be accommodated, as our cleaner needs sufficient time to prepare the house for the next guest. - All guests must be 21+ years of age. - A starter kit of supplies is provided including toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. - If you want to bring a furry friend, a pet fee of $250 will apply.
