Adorable, naturally well-lit, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in North Oak Park in Sacramento. Fully Furnished with Mid-Century Modern design. Located within a short walking distance to UC Davis Medical Center and to North Oak Park's restaurants/hotspots. The neighborhood has lots to offer - from its monthly, outdoor GATHER events, a farmer's market, to a new, vegan ice cream shop, many of fun options within walking distance from the home. Basic Cleaning (no sheet or towel washing) will be completed every other week. The cost is $70 for every cleaning. Please note that this is required for a reservation that is 30 days or longer.
