Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, it is an ideal base from which to explore the riches of the region while enjoying an authentic and soothing setting. The space With Deauville and Trouville just 30 minutes away, you can combine relaxation and discovery in this green setting. This half-timbered house, designed to accommodate up to four people, will seduce you with its typical Norman charm and warm atmosphere. Inside, the atmosphere is just as welcoming. The ground floor is organized around a functional kitchen, open to a friendly dining area, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room, bathed in light, has a pellet stove that creates a pleasant atmosphere during cool evenings. A bathroom completes this level, offering comfort and convenience. Upstairs, two double bedrooms with beds of 140 x 190 cm are decorated with simplicity, guaranteeing peaceful nights away from the daily tumult. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Outside, the large garden invites you to relax with a swing and a trampoline for children. The garden furniture with brazier offers an ideal space for friendly evenings.
