This charming two-story property offers a unique experience, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the tranquility of the countryside. This villa is ideal for those looking for a quiet getaway, surrounded by the flavors of the surrounding vineyards, but with all modern comforts. The space The villa boasts a large fenced garden, enhanced by a porch that invites you to relax outdoors. With three cozy bedrooms, a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, the residence offers comfort and space for the whole family or a group of friends. In addition, the practical half bathroom adds a touch of functionality. The pool is a jewel nestled among the vineyards and is available to all guests of the estate. The pool closes on October 1. Please note that the pool is not heated and may be cool at the beginning and end of the season. There is no TV or telephone in the rooms, as there is no need for them. This is an opportunity to enjoy true rest. Guest access Guests can use an exclusive and fenced garden with solarium and equipped dining area. Ample parking available adjacent to the house. The swimming pool is not visible from the villa, and children should always be supervised while using it, which does not always happen. For these reasons, we prefer not to host families with children.
