The space The villa features a large, fenced-in garden, enhanced by a porch that invites you to enjoy moments of outdoor relaxation. With three cozy bedrooms, a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, the residence offers comfort and space for the whole family or a group of friends. In addition, the practical half bathroom adds a touch of practicality. The pool is a jewel nestled among the vineyards available to all guests of the estate. Pool closes on October 1st. Please note that the pool is not heated and can be cool at the beginning and end of the season. No TV or phone in the rooms , there's no need, it's an opportunity to enjoy a real rest. Guest access Guests can use an exclusive, fenced garden with a solarium and equipped dining area. Large parking available adjacent to the house. Seasonal opening of the pool on 05/01 - 10/15 Swimming pool used only by guests of the estate, therefore by both villas within the property. Other things to note There are additional costs for accommodation taxes, which must be paid at the time of check-in. The amount is €1.50 per person per day. It is not possible to check in early or check out late.
