NOTE: This room is behind the main house. The bathroom is located in the main house. You need go out the door, into the main house to use the detached bathroom. There is no kitchen but the room has its own mini fridge and microwave in the room. Strictly no parties and only 2 guests are allowed. The cohost lives in the main house. The kitchen. bathroom, living room , backyard and common areas are shared with other guests. Other things to note The cleaning fee goes towards the weekly cleaning service on the common areas(not the rooms). If you leave a mess, the cleaning company will charge at least a fifty dollar fee for extra clean up. Smoking is not allowed inside. There is a two hundred fifty dollar fee for smoking. If there is something broken or missing when the cleaning company gets there they will go to store and have it replaced, the charge is fifty dollars for their time and travel plus cost of goods. If something breaks by accident just message or call me as soon as it happens and I should be able to buy product online to avoid the cost of time and travel fee that the cleaning company charges. When you check out please drop off your used sheets in the laundry basket, fold blanket and leave on bed. Please don't leave any food or garbage in the bathroom. Also please take only 1 bath towel per guest per stay, otherwise other guests will not have enough towels. Guests are not allowed to have parties/get togethers nor bring additional guests that are not noted at time of booking. Persons who are not checked in are not permitted in the house. If you booked as one guest and if you bring additional guests with you, you will be charged a fifty dollar per guest per day fee. This applies to unregistered guests that enters the property without a reservation no matter if they sleep there or not. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the superior court for the county of Philadelphia state of Pennsylvania. Fee for turning off or obstructing security camera is five hundred dollars. This is a shared place and bathroom. We tell all guests to clean up after themselves but we can't guarantee that they would do that. If you need it perfectly clean, this may not be the place for you. Potential for noise, please consider before booking. Check ins are between the hours of four pm and eight pm. There is a fifty dollar after hours check in fee if checking in earlier than four pm or later than eight pm. Check in phone support is only available until eight pm. You may check in until two am as long as you can do self check in with out our help. Just watch the check in video we sent you, and follow the instructions!! Check out is at eleven am and there is a fifty dollar fee for late check out. If you extend your stay without a reservation, you will be charged fifty dollar fee per night.
