Excellent option to leave the routine behind and connect with nature in a safe and quiet place. We say that the garden of our villa is the charming, quiet and familiar Los Olivos beach. Where you can enjoy a vacation without having to move your car. We offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay, ideal for groups and families. The space Villa Samá is the result of a family project in which we have proposed to recover this wonderful property built in the 50s. Renovated and decorated with love and dedication. After 5 years we are finally proud to be able to offer the main nucleus of our villa, with a privileged location in the most exclusive area of the Cullera Lighthouse (Valencia). This tourist accommodation has 5 bedrooms, 2 private terraces, 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, cocktail bar area and 3 parking spaces inside the villa's private parking. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with direct views of the sea and one of them with direct access to the large terrace. From this wonderful terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay of Cullera, relax and sunbathe. Overlooking the back of the villa there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 single beds that can be joined at the request of the guest. All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and share a full bathroom with shower. The heart is located on the lower floor where its iconic terrace is located, being the soul of this property. In addition, it has a double bed room with magnificent views of the beach, ideal for the elderly, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all the basic utensils. A dining table for 10 people. An ideal room to spend the evenings by the fireplace and enjoy movies on a 65" smart TV with a surround sound system. All the description mentioned so far are the exclusive areas for the guests of the main nucleus of Villa Samá. Additionally, the enclosure has common areas to enjoy. The lawned garden brings a feeling of freshness with its wonderful views across the bay. Next to the garden there is a third terrace for common use by all the accommodation units of the villa, with a barbecue that you can enjoy, prior coordination with the host. In the part of vehicular access to the villa is the car park, within which, the guests of the main nucleus of the villa will have up to three fixed spaces. For this reason we want to mention that the social areas such as the garden, parking lot and the third terrace are shared. Other things to note Because the house is located in a residential area, we want to maintain a good coexistence and a pleasant environment for everyone. For this reason, we are prohibited from holding parties (loud music), bachelor parties and/or any other event that disturbs the neighbors.
