This delightful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for those seeking a short- or medium-term haven. The casita features was recently remodeled with intention to details to maximize convenience while minimizing carbon footprint. The space We remodeled this unit with comfort and sustainability in mind. The minisplit climate control is powered by a photovoltaic system and the tankless hot water system gives you hot water in moments. The kitchen is compact, light and cozy. While we don't have a garbage disposal or dishwasher but do have other basic appliances and specific appliances like pressure cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, espresso machine, blender, etc. on request. The living room is suitable for relaxing or working, and is intended to be inviting and comfortable. There is a full bath and storage space including two closets and two pantries. Enjoy your home away from home! Guest access Guests will be provided with a personal lock code for the duration of their stay and or a physical key (your preference). There is laundry shared with the guest(s) of the neighboring unit and we also occasionally do laundry in those machines.
