Yurt rental for any use

I offer the rental of my Yurt, which is also my place of work, for several use. This may be an unusual weekend with friends, family or lover but also the possibility of renting it as a place of work (available on weekends and evenings) or for a place of internships/workshops. It is in the garden of our house, a room adjoining it has a bathroom and dry toilet. The price may be discussing as you wish. The space If you wish to spend an unusual night, this Yurt is for you! You will sleep on two floor mattresses that we assemble to make a double bed, and if you are 3 or 4, we will provide one or two floor mattresses for you to be comfortable! We also have an umbrella bed with a mattress if needed! We provide sheets, duvets, and pillows. It's currently not possible to cook. Next summer there will be an outdoor kitchen that will allow you to cook good dishes, for the moment only a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave are available. La Yurt is located in our garden, so we will often be there even if we will respect your privacy as much as possible. However, this rental is very family friendly! You shouldn't be afraid to cross paths or chat with us:D. But if you wish as much tranquility as possible, of course we will greatly respect this need whenever possible. In the middle of summer, with two children, we will probably be there enough to enjoy the pool and outdoors. In winter, we are a bit more locker and you will meet us much less. The price for the night is set at 70 euros. If you are interested in renting this Yurt for other uses (such as organizing an internship, a workshop, just spending an afternoon there), here are the rates I offer: Rental price per hour: 10 euros. Rental price for half a day: 30 euro. Daily rental price: 50 euros per day rental price: 50 euros. Rental price for one night: 70 euros. Weekend rental price: 100 euros. Rental price 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays): 170 euros/month. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information! Guest access Access is very simple, it is possible to park in front of our house, safely! If we're away, we now have a lockbox! Before you arrive, I'll show you the code. This allows you to check in on your own. The entrance is to the left of our house (this is the annex room where you will find the microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, kettles, coffee maker with herbal teas and coffee). This is also where the shower, (small) sink and (small) dry toilet (which are a portable camping toilet) is also located. The camping dry toilets have a small capacity! When there are two of you, it's enough for 1 or 2 days but at 4, it fills up quickly. That's why you have small garbage bags suitable for the toilet, so you can change them whenever you want. The garbage bag used is to be placed outside, next to our large garbage cans (which you can not miss since you pass in front to go to the Yurt). We then take care of throwing them away. When you enter the annex room, just opposite there is a second door that leads outside, to the garden, pool and to the Yurt. There is another door, in this annex room, on the left, in front of the bathroom, which leads to our house. It remains closed along your stay, we only open it at night so that our cat can go out and come in as he sees fit. We open it at the time we go to bed and refer it as soon as we wake up. We do not yet have a solution allowing you to do dishes in a simple and pleasant way, which is why if you want to clean plates or something, you can drop them off in front of our glass window or on the outdoor table, we will clean everything and put everything back in the annex room. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us, to ask us!:) Other things to note We have a cat, Pito, who likes to see the new people. He is generally quite nice but like many cats, sometimes he bites without warning while we are in the middle of a caress. That's pretty rare but it happens! It's that he has his little character... but he's still totally harmless. Important notes! - The yurt does not have a shutter, just a simple curtain but there is an opening at the roof. This means that you will live with the sun, when it rises, it will be daylight immediately in the yurt as well. - Our dry toilet is a camping toilet, they are quite small and low. It is possible to empty them regularly for your comfort, we explain all this when you come. - If you need to do dishes, there are several options. If we're there, you can come do it in our kitchen. Or you can leave it for us and we'll do it for you:). In case of absence from us, we will provide you with a basin, sponge and dish soap so you can do it in the shower (and yes, it's adventure! :D). The bathroom sink is quite small, so doing the dishes in it is impossible to do it! - In the yurt it is quickly hot or cold. Our heater is a little noisy, be warned (nothing crazy but still). In addition, the A/C is sometimes capricious, so it is necessary and recommended to ventilate the yurt to the maximum in summer and to live with the temperatures of nature! During the day, it is therefore advisable to enjoy the pool, the lake, the shade areas and in the evening the temperatures go down quite well in our area, so it's much nicer. - Let me remind you, our toilet and bathroom are attached to our house (about 30-50 meters from the Yurt). We live in the countryside with a garden, if at night you have the laziness to walk to the toilet, our garden can make a beautiful life-size toilet! - I remind you that this place is quite "roots", family friendly (my daughter is quite sociable, especially if you are coming with other children) and so it is a place of sharing and adventure with a tip of unusual! - The pool is open from the month of June! IMPORTANT: the use of the games as well as the pool by children are under the responsibility of their parents!
