The space 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom all season cottage with lakefront access to Silver Lake. Other things to note We bought our place in November 2022 and recently completed renovations. We removed walls on the first floor, installed new drywall and opened up the family room to the dining room to optimize views of the lake throughout the first floor living space! We installed new flooring, renovated 2 full bathrooms…and have all new furniture! For those looking to work from home and need a change of scenery, we have a separate office with a desk (did I mention, a view of the lake from the office!) The huge screened-in porch makes for a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or watch sunsets in the evening. Outdoor space includes fire pit, 2 kayaks, Adirondack Chairs, outdoor dining table and grill. Huge backyard with plenty of space for yard games. Other amenities: 10 minute drive from Letchworth State Park, located directly across the lake from The Club at Silver Lake Golf (public golf course) and right down the road from The Charcoal Corral and Silver Lake Twin Drive-in (drive in movie theater, mini golf, arcade and restaurant).
