The space It is a private apartment; you don’t need to share any spaces with anyone else. Location: • 5–7 minutes walk to the lake (400 meters) • Grocery store nearby • Quiet village, away from traffic • Bus stop nearby - if you are traveling without a car, we can pick you up for free. Just let us know if you need help, we’ll be happy to assist. Guest access • Located on the 1st floor • First room is a walk-through room with a double bed • Second room: accessible both from inside the apartment and from a separate private entrance outside • Fully equipped kitchen • Towels & bed linen • Fast Wi-Fi • Air conditioning in both rooms • Private patio area Other things to note • Pets and kids are welcome • Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside • We also have nearby houses that can be arranged for large groups. Please contact us, and we’ll reserve our closest apartments so your whole group can stay together. Parking: • Dedicated parking right near the apartment • Access is quite steep – if it feels uncomfortable, there is another parking within a 5-minute walk Available for an Extra Fee: • We can arrange: transfers, car/boat/bike rental, private plane flights, guided tours, hikes, water sports training. • Extra cleaning • EARLY CHECK-INs and LATE CHECK-INs • Pets are welcome on request (€30) – please contact us in advance if you are bringing a pet so we can confirm this option.
