A recently renovated, characterful old home in the heart of Cornwall, conveniently located a few miles from the A30 and close to the quaint city of Truro. Cornwall is simply a stunning place to visit. Many of our favourite pubs, restaurants, beaches and walking routes are within 30 minutes of the house. We as a family have used Airbnb as guests and as hosts for many years (see profile for reviews). Having now moved closer to family, the house is available for the summer. The space This is a family home in a quiet village and as such we would prefer to host families only. Modern kitchen open through to dining area and lounge with wood burning stove. Downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room, plus a separate sunny snug / office space, and utility/WC. Three further bedrooms upstairs (2 x king beds plus large child's room with a single bed) and the main bathroom. Large upper garden, surrounded by trees and shrubs. Guest access Access throughout the main house other than a small room tucked away upstairs. Some of the exterior areas around the perimeter of the house are undergoing some final touches. Other things to note Parking is roadside (very quiet road other than cut through rush hour to and from the hospital). An outdoor three pin socket should be accessible for charging electric cars. Outbuildings are not for guest use. The house has been fully renovated - just a few little areas remaining around the exterior. There may be building works taking place at a neighbouring property (not ours).
