Peaceful unit w/ private pool & spectacular view

This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment below the main house has a queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed (1 full and 1 twin) in the other. It is much more private than a condo and has a wonderful view overlooking Wapato Point and Manson Bay. It is the perfect place to enjoy all that Lake Chelan has to offer. Plus, you have private access and use of the newly installed pool ( heated... from the May 1st to October 1st). There is an outdoor BBQ and a full kitchen, large living room, TV and DVD. There is also space to park your boat/trailer in the driveway if you come with your toys. The Manson Marina is at the bottom of the hill (10-minute walk) where lake swimming is available and their are boat slips available (with reservations). Mill Bay Boat launch is a 5-minute drive from the house. The apartment is on the lower level of a house, in a friendly neighborhood a few blocks from downtown Manson. (Loud partying will result in eviction and loss of payment.) The location provides easy access to the quieter parts of the lake as well as to numerous wineries and the activities and amenities of Chelan. It is also a great launching point for the other area lakes and the greater valley. Laundry facilities are available in town, near the marina. Minimum 7 day stay. You will want to come back.
