"THE ADMIRAL" over looks the Purangi Estuary and a few minutes walk from the main Cooks Beach and a short drive to famous Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. The space The east courtyard facing the Estuary is provided with seating and wind out sunshade awnings. THE SUNSHADE AWNINGS. The awnings must only be out while the areas is being used and ensure the corners project under the diagonal braces at each corner. Failure to do this can result in the wind damaging the awnings. THEY MUST NOT BE OUT WHEN RAINING OR RAIN LIKELY.
