The outdoor area exudes a Dalmatian style with a beautiful view of Lake Peruča. THE GROUND FLOOR of the villa is comfortable: DINING ROOM IN LIVING ROOM STAY KITCHEN: fully equipped ROOM 1: Two single beds that can be made into a double bed and is adjacent to BATHROOM 1. THE FIRST FLOOR of the villa is designed as a sleeping area: ROOM 2: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 2 . ROOM 3: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 3 ROOM 4: The double bed has a PRIVATE BATHROOM 4 The villa is optimal for 8 people with 4 double rooms. One of the rooms contains two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each room is equipped with a closet, towels, and sheets. On this floor, all rooms have lake views. THE OUTDOOR AREA of the house consists of: Heated pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas with furniture. The terrace is covered with table and chairs. Car parking Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and the villa, and you have complete privacy. You also have access to a private beach on the lake.
